HPP Brežice is the fifth hydroelectric power plant in the chain of six HPPs on the lower Sava with a nominal capacity of 47.4 MW. It is of the flow-accumulation type with three vertical aggregates installed with a nominal flow of 500 m3/s, five flow fields and an average annual production of 161 GWh.
